"Like everyone else, I get up at those A.A. meetings and say,'Thank-you and I am very grateful for my sobriety.' I think about that every day. All addicts do. You are mever without fear of returning to you rold ways and losing everything that you've gained. When you're sober, you don't forget what it was like to use. It's hard, really hard, and you take it day by day, hour by hour, minute by minute. That's the way it's going to be for as long as I'm alive. But, at least I'm alive."
